These high-intensity workouts deliver results in a total-body approach, combining sprint intervals, bodyweight exercises, and high-intensity moves.
The fitness boot camp is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. The classes will take place in the Fit For Life fitness studio and outdoors (weather dependent).
